I have chosen to specialise in working with trauma and the many ways trauma can show up in our lives — such as anxiety, low mood, difficulties with emotions, and grief. Whether you have a diagnosis or not, perhaps you’re finding it hard to cope with painful or overwhelming experiences. I’m here to help you navigate what’s happened, begin to heal, and reconnect with who you are.
With a background in mental health, combined with extensive neuroscience and neurobiology research on my Master of Science degree in Psychology, I bring an in-depth understanding of your mind-body connection to our therapeutic journey. Alongside talking therapy and emotional support, I incorporate practical, neuroscience-informed strategies to help you regulate emotions more effectively. This approach can be especially helpful for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or ongoing stress.

I now work entirely online. This enables ease-of-access for those who have mobility issues, immune conditions and also offers nationwide access. Additionally, this also offers a slow re-integration into your own safe space after sessions.
