Drawing from my Master’s degree in Psychology and extensive training in Somatic Experiencing, I look deeper at the mind-body connection within your relationship. When we argue with our partners, our nervous systems often enter a state of ‘fight, flight, or freeze’.

I work entirely online, offering specialized couples support to clients across the UK. Online therapy removes the stress of commuting and allows you to do this delicate work in your own safe space.

If we decide to work together, our sessions will take place via a secure video link. (Note: If you and your partner are in different locations due to work or travel, you can join the same session from separate screens).

Week by week, we will gently explore your relationship dynamics, process difficult emotions, and equip you with the tools you need to build a stronger, more resilient partnership.
